SBA Water bills are based on water use.
Water meters are read monthly, during the last week of the month.
Sewer is billed at a flat rate.
Bills are then mailed monthly, to the address on file.
Bills are due by 3:30 pm on the "DATE DUE", typically the last day of the month. Accounts are subject to a 10% penalty per month after the "Date Due".

Water Rate
- from $7.46 to $7.61/1,000 gallons
Water Fixed Charge
- from $10.31 to $10.52/month
Residential Sewer Flat Rate
- from $56.15 to $57.28/month
- Bills are mailed monthly to the address on file.
- Bills are due by 3:30 pm on the "DATE DUE", typically the last business day of the month.
- Accounts are subject to a 10% penalty, per month, after the "DATE DUE".
