Typically a Realtor, Realty Conveyancing Department, or Title company would contact the SBA to make this request in writing. There is a $30 fee for this certification.
Final Water Meter Reading
You or your Realtor should contact the SBA to schedule a final water meter reading and meter certification.
Are you an SBA Sewer customer?
SBA requires a sewer lateral inspection to be done. A plumber must be hired to camera and record the sewer line from the home to the cleanout and from the cleanout to the sewer main. A thumb drive of this video needs to be submitted to the SBA, with the appropriate paperwork, for review by the SBA.
There is a $50 fee for this inspection review.
